An Elementum evening with a difference was held at Heathcotes, Longridge on Thursday 2nd October 2008. With the exception of the token male, Elementum Director Peter Pearson, the evening was an all female affair.

The invited guest for the evening was top female fund manager - Jacqueline Kerr from Standard Life who hosted an enlightening discussion on the current state of global investment markets with a select, invited audience of local business owners and Directors.

Jacqueline, who had travelled from her home in Edinburgh for the evening, is one of the countries leading female investment experts and is responsible for the management of investment funds in excess of £14bn.
